Corals in various forms and shapes has been the number one choice for marine life inhabitants in home aquariums for long time. Over last ten years, I enjoyed a variety of corals in my small tank for longer or shorter span of time. The circle of life runs there too and many corals perished and i got new ones to enjoy watching the small representation of ocean in my living room.
And once, I visited my friend and noticed something different in his tank - bushy looking plants in marine setting! It sparked my attention and that was how my adventure in a marine macro-algae world begun. Sure, there was some occasional contact with feather caleurpa and some slimy green hair one as most of us did at least once.
I got my first halimeda opuntia and feathers and i plant them in my tank...and all started from these two macros. And for the last two years, I have focused my attention to macros and even established a Facebook macro group back in April 2017.
Please, enjoy macros in my tank and you may noticed that I expanded my collection and have some gorgonians as well. I will show also some pictures of other collectors just to encourage you to have a little macro space in your Display Tanks.
The pictures are presented in some form of chronological progress, as I added macros to my only tank and later to my second tank.
And these were my first macros till back in April 2017.
